| Growing up in Montana Deborah Chapin never knew the sea. Returning 40 years later she is well known for her marine and plein paintings. Exhibits: Ketterer Kunst 16th - 20th centuries Marine Art Exhibition, (Hamburg), Texas Art Gallery and CM Russell Auctions, Mystic International, National Wildlife Museum and won the Grand Prize - Paint America Competition with her wetland grasses... She is doing a series of DVD/demos on plein air painting "Educating the Eye" begun at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, listed in Who’s Who in American Art 21st-28th editions - NHStudios.com | ||
